The lights do look good and they feel decent quality overall. One piece had a small scratch on it right out of the box, which was disappointing. It still works fine, so I’m keeping them, but for the price I expected a little better. Dealing with the issue also kind of made me feel like just another ticket number rather than an actual customer.

I picked up some lights from Custom Dynamics, they were good right out of the box. The install wasn’t a big deal at all, and once they were on the bike, they looked really sharp.

After some time though, one of them started acting kinda funny when the weather got bad. So yeah, they’re not awful or anything, but for the price, I guess I was expecting them to last a little better long term...

I ordered this light kit because it said it would fit my bike. For the most part, it did. Mostly lined up. But one of the brackets was just a little off, and I ended up spending more time fiddling with it than I expected.
Once it was on, everything looked decent and the parts seem fine. So not a bad experience overall. Just wish the fitment details were a little more accurate so I knew I might have to do some adjusting

I tend to notice little patterns with online orders, like whether the colors, parts, and quantities actually line up with what I picked. In this case, everything checked out exactly right. The parts and colors were all there, nothing was missing, and the order was accurate. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but overall I’m happy since the important stuff came just as requested.

I paid quite a bit for this, it just didn’t feel worth it. The quality is okay, but nothing that really stood out. And it’s not even about spending a little more if something feels premium or well-made, this just didn’t. I expected better for the price and probably wouldn’t buy from them again.

Maybe I just caught them at a busy time or on a bad week, but it was definitely frustrating waiting around. It wasn’t terrible, terrible, but if you need something fast, I’d probably keep that in mind.

After this latest experience, I’m feeling good about Custom Dynamics and would definitely order from them again.

I got it installed in about 20 minutes, maybe even a little less. it was straightforward and didn’t give me any trouble. Overall, I’d say it was a quick and easy setup.

I’ll be honest, I was prepared to stop buying from Custom Dynamics if the return or warranty process turned into a hassle. Thankfully, it didn’t. The return was simple, the warranty info was clear, and when I had a couple questions, I got straight answers without getting the runaround. The refund/replacement process went smooth enough, so overall I’m happy with how they handled it.

These are way brighter than the stock lights. Like, why do the factory ones have to be so dim in the first place? People can actually see me now, which is kind of the whole point. Big improvement.
